Who we are
Quotivity ("we", "us") makes the Quotivity app for home-service pros. You can reach us any time at support@quotivity.app.
What we collect
- Account info: your name, business name, email and phone.
- Business details you enter: logo, address, rates and tax settings.
- Your customers' contact details and job addresses that you add.
- Quotes, invoices, line items, notes and photos.
- Voice recordings you make in the app.
- Basic device and crash information.
How we use it
We use your information to run the app, create and send your quotes and invoices, sync across your devices, provide support, and prevent fraud.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Voice and AI
On iPhone and iPad, voice is transcribed on the device where supported. On Android, a speech recognition service turns your voice into text.
When you use AI drafting, only the text of your notes is sent to our AI service provider to draft quote lines; audio is never sent. Our agreement does not allow the provider to use this data to train its models.
Your customers' data
You control the customer information you add. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is open. You can export your data any time and delete your account in the app or on our delete your account page. We delete account data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your information, including rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and other state laws. To make a request, email support@quotivity.app.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls to protect your data.
Children
Quotivity is not for anyone under 16.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions? Email support@quotivity.app.
