Terms of Service
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and Quotivity. By using Quotivity, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
Quotivity is an app for iPhone, iPad and Android that helps home-service pros create quotes, send invoices and track payments. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions, free trial and billing
Quotivity Pro is $69/month or $599/year. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and renews automatically.
Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. We never see your full card number.
Cancellation
Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
Price lock
While your subscription stays active on the same plan, we won't raise its price. If you switch plans, you pay that plan's price at the time. If your subscription ends and you come back later, you pay the price at that time. On the App Store, you keep your old price if you resubscribe to the same plan within 60 days. Taxes are set by law and can change.
Your content and data
You own the content you put into Quotivity, including your customers, price list, jobs, quotes and invoices. You can export it any time, subscribed or not. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
Don't use Quotivity for anything unlawful, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with or try to break the service.
Card payments
When card payments become available, they are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Stripe's fees apply, and Quotivity adds no fee.
AI features
AI-drafted quote lines are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing every quote and invoice before you send it.
Disclaimers
Quotivity is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, and we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Quotivity is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Quotivity in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Quotivity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Quotivity after a change means you accept the updated terms.
